Chris Fahey serves as Chief Operating Officer at Pac West Sales, Inc., bringing over 28 years of experience in the commercial plumbing and mechanical industry. He began his career at Mechanical Agents, Inc. shortly after college, working his way up from operating forklifts in the warehouse to managing inside sales, customer service, and finance—gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business from the ground up.

In 2012, Chris became co-owner of Mechanical Agents alongside his brother. Together, they led the company for more than a decade, building a strong, service-driven business that ultimately joined forces with Pac West Sales through a successful acquisition.

Today, Chris is a key member of the Pac West leadership team, where he focuses on operational excellence and continuous improvement across all business processes. He is passionate about aligning a strong company culture with smart, sustainable growth strategies.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and staying active through sports and leisure—interests that reflect the collaborative, energized, and family-oriented culture he helps foster at Pac West.
